Build up Passive Income while Working at Home

It’s been 6 months now that I started my restaurant business. As the day pass by, I felt that I became more and more familiar of the things that I do everyday. It’s like a daily prototype of thing that I can perform almost perfect that it already became mind-numbing.
I looked for a part time home based job to avoid boredom and to continuously hone my skills but I realized it isn’t that easy to find good ones. This is because other virtual employers don’t give real payment while other employers take advantage of their virtual staffs. I had my share with these illicit and immodest employers online.
Thanks to these experiences I learned a lot. Now I am enjoying passive income without spending too much time and money. I do it at my own pace and most importantly I don’t deal with bosses. My job now aside from being a restaurateur is a content writer, blogger and a regular player of PTC’s.
I earned dollars by writing English articles since I can write on different subjects. The other job that gives me another stream of income is by joining free PTC’s also known as Paid To Click job. This job is pretty simple. All you need to do is to click all the available ads and wait up to 30 sec for each ad to load and you’re done. You earn dollar that simple. You’ll do it at your time and your income will depend on your referral and your clicks.
There are other home based opportunities that you can try. The top 6 home based jobs are answering Surveys Online, Article Writing, Virtual Assistant job, Data Entry jobs and Web Designing. Just be careful and always do background check before you join or before you start working for someone online.

Deca Wakeboard: Wakes up your daring side!

My sister got home from Manila and it’s been a while that we went out together so we planned for a great activity before she’ll leave us again. We searched in the net to check some activities that we can possibly do that is located not too far away from Davao. Luckily, we saw the ads of Deca WakeBoard Park which is located at Barangay Mintal Davao City, around 45 min. travel from the City’s downtown area.

We found the perfect get away! So we decided to visit the place and see if we can do it since we imagined it to be very arduous. We enjoyed the travel going there. It is not difficult to find the place since it is known to the residents of Mintal. I’ll tell you how to get there.

You can ride a jeepney from Roxas St. since Jeepneys that travels to Barangay Mintal pass through that area. Just enjoy the ride and alight at Mintal gym. When you reached that place, you can ride a tricycle or a cab. Deca Wakeboard Park is around 5-10 min ride from Mintal Gym and it is close to Deca Homes Resort Residences.

As we approached the main entrance, we already saw some guys doing the knee and wake board. Suddenly, the itch to do it myself arises. So we asked the in-charge if we can start as soon as we are ready but we are told that it is not open for players yet. We need to wait for an hour since the Wednesday schedule starts at 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM then resumes at 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Additionally, schedules for Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat and Sun starts at 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and resumes at 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. The rates by the way, depends on residency. Regular Rates are 1000 PHP for Whole Day Play and 700 PHP for Half Day Play. For Davao Residents Only the rate is 700 PHP for Whole Day Play and 500 PHP for Half Day Play. Another rate for Deca Homes Resort Residents applies. Each rate includes the wakeboard, the vest and the helmet.

Before we start, we were told to gather for a short coaching since most of us are newbies. The game is thrilling and at the same time risky. The thing is the in charge asked us to sign a waiver that we will play at our    own risk. But despite the danger, nobody draw back. Who would? The fee is expensive. Hahaha!

Anyway, we learned that we can’t actually do the wakeboard on our first try. We need to take a crack and master the knee board first to become more familiar of the game. The first ride is not easy. I splashed when I almost reached the starting point it is because it’s very hard to navigate and pass between orange buoy. If you missed that, be prepared to be towed powerfully. What ever happens after that, just let go and release your wake board to avoid accidents. Give it a try, it’s worth it! Don't forget to bring your camera to capture perfect moments. Prolific New Year!

This is the first time I chose to be productive after all the merriment and a lot of drinking on New Years Eve. The usual set up after the party is sleep-eat-sleep series. But now, I didn’t sleep and I didn’t even choose to watch the latest movies. Instead, I went straight to my computer and construct my game plan for 2010.

Last year, God blessed me tremendously. That is why I can’t help but think of ways on how to bless other people around me the way God showered His blessings on me. I don’t intend to be everyone’s Superwoman but I will do my best to help my loved ones and eventually extend help to other people.

I have a flourishing business and I have enormous trust that despite difficulties I can run it well with God’s grace and guidance. It will become my main source of funds for the projects that I’m shaping.

I am not talking about huge projects here, I am actually thinking of projects that can lift not just my soul but other souls as well. A Simple and humble mission that will help me outline larger plans for God’s greater Glory. I will start by helping my underprivileged loved ones first and eventually delve into a bigger world to share what I have and hold a more meaningful life in 2010

Unfortunate Christmas and New Year Celebration

It is really sad to reflect that there are families out there that are mourning instead of celebrating Christmas season as well as New Year. And just as these people grieved over their loved one’s another tragedy occur.

It was hours before Christmas Eve when MV Catalyn B bumped to a fishing boat somewhere in Libones Island in Cavite killing 3 people and two dozen more that are missing. Few days ago, another sea tragedy was broadcasted. MV Baleno 9 sank off someplace in Verde Island Batangas. Even worse it killed 6 people and hid more or less 20 people in its mystic waters.

I can’t imagine how these sadden families celebrate New Years Day knowing that they have just lost someone so dear to them. Others don’t even know if they will see the bodies of their loved ones again. These things made me realize that life is so precious and short.

We don’t need to live a perfect life, we just need to live happily and so much aware of the things that really matters. Look at your parents. Do they look the same when you were younger? They definitely have gone old and weak. Love them.

Assess your relationship with your family and friends and know if they are happy the way you treat them.

Look deep into yourself and ask if you have lived life the way others expect you to breathe or you really did fight for your happiness but still live life accordingly.

It is not too late! Do what it takes to be genuinely happy with the people that really matters to you. Be happy and Prosperous in 2010!

Easy Schemes and Ideas for amateur businessmen

There are many articles, magazines, videos and other useful materials that can be used to aid a person that is extremely and blissfully excited about starting up his/her own business. I won’t give the best and the most brilliant ideas in running one because I myself is also a beginner on this field. However, what makes me decide to write my humble learning and experience is because I know for a fact that there are some of you who wants to get and absorb all the information you can get without having your nose bleed because of some complicated techniques and terms that some of the Pro’s use to explain things.

The first thing to consider in starting up a business is to identify where to get your funds. Make a complete business plan, be ready to answer questions regarding your application and be organized. It is also good to discuss risk with the bank officer to give the impression of being prepared for unforeseen events. The success of your application is in your hand.

Choosing the right location for your business is very important. It can help you identify your target market, the products that you sell, the quantity of your supplies, the price bracket and your marketing strategy.

As for your building, you can choose to build your new building, repair or refurbish existing building or you can just rent a space. Try to list down the advantages and disadvantages of each option before you decide if you go for a new building, refurbished or rented. Choosing and acquiring the decorations, furniture and equipment is fairly the same in deciding for your business edifice.

To finally start the business you need to have enough supplies of your products. Some of the suppliers allow consignment purchase meaning you will not pay for the items yet unless it is sold. You can return unsold items at a given time. This could help a lot for beginners that are still coping up. Other suppliers allow credit card payment. It is wise to use credit cards to have ready money as long as it is considered necessary.

To wrap up, you need to have service crew. Be very careful in selecting your staffs because they can largely affect your business as they are considered as the front liners. Make sure that they are well trained, knowledgeable about what they sell, coherent, efficient, dependable, loyal and honest.

The success of the business is not just about your products and your excellent staffs. It also depends largely on how you manage and run your business. Be a good manager to your staffs and think about their welfare too. Create a good system and be strict in imposing it. Work smart while you work hard!
